INGREDIENTS:
* 1 lb smoked sausage in 1/2-inch slices
* 3 to 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 1 (15 oz.) can green peas, undrained
* 1 (14.5 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, undrained (may use plain, Italian seasoned, etc.)
* 2 cubes beef boullion
* 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
* 1 1/2 cups water

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
